1. Marinade chicken chunks in orange juice for 10 minutes. Cut onion and peppers into large chunks. Prepare 4 skewers, alternating chicken and vegetables. Grill until done, 10 to 15 minutes. Place tortilla in palm of hand and kabob over tortilla. Grasp kabob and pull skewer, leaving 1/2 of the fillings inside the tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve hot.
