10 Mission® Burrito Size Flour Tortillas warmed 3/4 lb. Chicken Breasts cut into very thin strips 1 small Onion thinly sliced 1 pkg. Lawry's® Taco Spices and Seasonings 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced Black Olives drained 1-1/2 cups Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1. Cook chicken and onion 7 minutes in oiled skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasonings, olives, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Spread 1 cup of mixture on each tortilla to edges and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over mixture. Cover with a second tortilla; brush lightly with water. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Cut in wedges; serve with salsa and guacamole.
