1. Saute the chicken strips in the olive oil for 3 minutes then add the salsa, saute until cooked through, approx. 2-4 minutes. Remove and reserve. 2. Wipe the pan clean and preheat. 3. Place the chicken mixture on one half of each of the 4 flour tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and fold over to form a half circle. 4. Place a filled tortilla on the cooking surface. Cook until light brown. Turn. Repeat with the other three tortillas. Slice each tortilla into three wedges. Enjoy this delicious quesadillas Mexican recipe!
