4 Mission® Corn Tortillas
4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Onion diced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
2 tsp. canned Green Chiles chopped
Recipe Instructions:
1. Stack Mission® corn tortillas and wrap in paper towel. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove tortillas from paper towels; place on work surface.
2. Divide cheese, green bell pepper, onion, red bell pepper and green chilies evenly among the tortillas. Roll tortillas jelly-roll style and place seam side down in 9"" pie plate. Cover pie plate with paper towel. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes; cut each tortilla into 4 pieces.
