Best hot sauce out there and like everybody else said no vineger..my fear was I found something I like and it always disapears off the shelf (would buy 4 to 5 bottles at a time) but my worriers are over now that I found their web site woohooo love this stuff !!I would recommend this item to a friend.

I have tried dozens of hot sausce and El Yucateco has the best flavor and no vinegar taste.It is excellent on eggs, bacan and ham. I would recommend this sauce to anyone.

This hot sauce has got to be about the best hot sauce on the market. It has good flavor and warm enough to give your dishes a little kick without having a vinegary taste. I love this stufff.Pros:

I grew up eating & making fresh chile with my Mexican friend and consider myself a hot sauce freak and use it on most anythings. El Yucateco makes the BEST habanero hot sauce around, IMHO. The #1 Reason (I hope they are listening): NO VINEGAR, which is used by every other company I've ever found so this is unique to the brand as far as I can tell. Vinegar is a preservative which totally kills the taste, and kills the authenticity in my opinion. If they ever add Vinegar, I'll die... and I like vinegar on salads, just not in my hot sauce! Found this years ago in a small place in Wyoming. Couldn't get enough of it. Found Mex Grocer and it has been my source since. No vinegar based Tobasco for me - I want full flavor and texture... this it the product hands down!Review for El Yucateco Chile Habanero Hot Sauce
