Ingredients:
4 Mission® Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
12 oz. sliced fresh or smoked Turkey Breast
8 oz. sliced Sharp Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
12 strips crisp smoked Bacon
3 cups shredded Romaine Lettuce
12 slices ripe Tomato
3/4 cup Mission® Crisp Corn Tortilla crumbs
Green Chili Mayonnaise (Homemade or store-bought mayonnaise flavored with fresh cilantro & roasted poblano chilies.)

Recipe Instructions:
1. Warm tortillas over open grill or on griddle. Lay warm tortillas flat on table. On each tortilla, place 3 oz. turkey, 2 oz. cheese, 3 strips bacon, 3/4 cup lettuce and 3 slices of tomato. Lightly salt and pepper lettuce & tomato.
2. Drizzle green chilli mayonnaise over top & finish with a sprinkling of crisp corn tortilla crumbs. Tightly roll each tortilla around filling ingredients, pressing with hands to maintain shape.
3. To serve, either cut in half on a diagonal to expose filling ingredients, OR cut roll across into 5-6 small rounds.
