1 pkg. Mission® Flour Tortillas 1/2 cup Ketchup 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar 1-1/2 lbs. Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless 1/2 Onion chopped 1 green Bell Pepper chopped 1 5-1/2oz. can Pineapple chunks, drained
1. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar for sauce. Mix well and set aside. 2. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté over medium heat with onions and bell peppers. Cook until done and bell peppers and onions are soft. 3. Add pineapple and sauce just to coat the sauté mixture. Simmer for five more minutes over low heat. 4. Warm tortillas. Scoop desired amount of mixture into tortilla, wrap and serve.
