4 Mission® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas 6 oz. Crab meat 2 Scallions or Green Onions chopped 12 oz. soft Cream Cheese 1/4 cup Lemon Juice 3 Tbsps. fresh Dill Weed chopped 2 drops Tabasco Sauce to taste
1. In a food processor, combine crab, scallions, cream cheese, lemon juice and dill. Process until smooth. Add Tabasco and blend. Adjust seasoning if necessary. 2. Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Spread evenly over each tortilla. Roll up and slice crosswise into pinwheels. Serve chilled.
