1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10-oz.) can Enchilada Sauce
1/3 cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Green Chiles chopped
8 Mission Corn Tortillas
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
2 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Recipe Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion in 10"" skillet; drain off fat. Stir in soup, enchilada souce, milk and chiles. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Sprinkle with reserved cheese; cover and cook until cheese melts.
