1. Brown ground beef and onion in 10"" skillet; drain off fat. Stir in soup, enchilada souce, milk and chiles. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Sprinkle with reserved cheese; cover and cook until cheese melts.
