1 Mission® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortilla 1/2 Avocado cut into chunks 3/4 cup Chile con Carne canned or homemade 1/2 cup Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese shredded Mission® Salsa
1. Place avocado chuncks over top of tortilla. Cover with heated chili. Sprinkle cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is just melted. Fold tortilla in half to serve. Garnish with salsa.Note: To microwave, heat uncovered on HIGH 1-2 minutes, until chili is heated through and cheese melts.
