1. Blend cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well blended.
2. Whisk together remaining milk with pudding in a medium bowl until well blended. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Stir in liqueur. Chill.
3. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or just until warm. Remove tortillas from foil and spread each tortilla with the almond filling. Top with 1/4 cup sliced peaches; fold in half.
4. To serve, dollop tortillas with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and cinnamon.
