1 bag Mission® Tortilla Chips 4 Avocados cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 cup diced Tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped Cilantro 1 cup diced Onions 5 to 6 canned Jalapenos chopped (reserve 1/2 cup liquid) 1/4 cup Lime Juice
1. In a glass bowl, mash avocado lightly, leaving some whole cubes. Add remaining ingredients, mix together. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips for a tantalizing appetizer or party food.
