Recipe
Ingredients:
5 Mission® Burrito Size Flour Tortillas warmed
1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup Red Onion sliced into 1/2-inch wide slices
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) Pineapple Tidbits, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. juice)
1 pkg. (1.27 oz.) Lawry's® Fajita Spices and Seasonings
1/2 lb. Cooked Frozen Shrimp |  |

Recipe Instructions:
1. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion, cook until almost tender. Stir in pineapple, pineapple juice, fajita spices and shrimp; continue to stir and cook until shrimp is heated through.
2. Place 1/2 cup mixture on each tortilla, roll up and serve. Or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve or transport to picnic.
