1. Top each tortilla with salad greens. Arrange a layer of turkey, cheese, tomatoes, sprouts and avocado onto each tortilla, leaving one inch empty at the bottom. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and blend together. Drizzle dressing over both tortillas. 3. Starting from the top, roll tortilla up and place seamside down onto cutting board. Slice each roll into 8 slices.
