Sausage Picante Hand Roll

Recipe Ingredients:

4 warmed Mission® Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
1/2 cup smoked Turkey Sausage diced
1/2 cup Onions diced
1/2 cup each Red, Green and Yellow Bell Peppers
2 Tbsp. Picante Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Recipe Instructions:

1. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage and heat for 3 minutes until hot. Add onions and peppers and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
2. Add picante sauce and spread hot sausage filling evenly onto warm tortillas; top with cheese. Roll tortilla up and place seamside down onto a cutting board. Slice each roll into 6 slices and serve.
