1. Crumble ground beef into 1-quart microwave casserole. Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Drain. 2. In a separate bowl, combine tomato paste, catsup and Italian Seasoning. 3. Place tortillas in a 3-quart microwave safe casserole. Spread tomato mixture over 1/2 of each tortilla. 4. Arrange onion and pickle slices over mixture and top with ground beef. Microwave on High 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
