I ordered these peppers to use in a recipe I saw Anne Burrell make on Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. It was used in a Moresco sauce for grilled pork kabobs. The sauce came out fabulous, but the aroma and taste of the peppers themselves is wonderful. I thought they would be "hot." But they tasted like a "kicked-up" version of roasted red peppers in a jar.
