Roland Grilled Artichoke Hearts Fresh Pack 8.3 oz are a product of Italy. Packed in suflower oil with herbs and spices, these whole artichokes are lightly grilled and have slight char marks around them. Attractive, delicious, and versatile, this product is the same high quality as our other Roland artichokes.

Packed 2 trays per case, this product is shelf stable unopened for one year. After opening, the product must be refrigerated at 40 degrees F, and will remain usable for 4 to 5 days. Store sealed tightly and keep artichoke immersed in oil. Approximately 48-50 artichokes per tray.

This product is ready to use from the tray and requires no further preparation. Sliced in half, or served whole these artichokes can be warmed to accompany an entree or used as an addition to antipasto.
