Review for Roland Roasted Yellow Pepper Finishing Sauce

This is a very interesting mix of yellow peppers, mustard seed and vinegar. It has great flavor and a good pop to it (not hot). I have used if for a number of things - one is as a rub on chicken for barbeque. Another is it has replaced mustard in our house. This makes a great addition to almost any sandwich.
