Ingredients: Roasted Yellow Peppers, Olive Oil, Water, Canola Oil, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Mustard Seed, Frozen Egg Yolk, Citric Acid, Spices, Turmeric, White Wine, Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Tartaric Acid.
Preparation: Use directly from the handy squeeze bottle. Just remove the cover, snip the top and squeeze. Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.

This is a very interesting mix of yellow peppers, mustard seed and vinegar. It has great flavor and a good pop to it (not hot). I have used if for a number of things - one is as a rub on chicken for barbeque. Another is it has replaced mustard in our house. This makes a great addition to almost any sandwich. | | | ||||
