Creamy Guacamole and Chips

Recipe Ingredients:

8 Mission® Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 cups Avocados peeled and cubed
1 cup fat free Ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup Onion coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh Cilantro coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. seeded Jalapeño Pepper coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. Salt

Recipe Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place tortilla wedges on a baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until crisp. Set aside.
2. Place avocado, cheese, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño and salt in a food processor; process until smooth. Serve with toasted tortilla wedges.
