I am originally from CA., Zanahorias in Escabeche was one of my favorites as a girl growing up. Living in a small town in Upstate NY, you don't see much for spice here. I dare say everything is bland here. It is nice to be able to get my favorite spicy food through Mexgrocer. These carrots take me backPros:
